    Voluntary self-identification questions

As part of our commitment to being a responsible employer, we have implemented a Contractual Obligations Program (COP) and an Employment Equity Program. To support these initiatives, you are invited to complete a series of self-identification questions. Answering these questions is entirely voluntary, and self-identification is optional. Any information you choose to provide will be used solely for the purposes of administering these programs and will be kept strictly confidential.
