They have, in particular, established and maintained honest and durable business relationships with their clientele.

Eric Larochelle |

The path that Eric Larochelle followed has established his reputation for great success in corporate development in the IT field. Working in IT since 1982, he has held various positions, notably in consulting for one of Quebec’s most important IT consulting services firms for four years, before founding his own company, Larochelle Gratton, in 1988. His qualities as a manager, leader and team-builder allowed Larochelle Gratton to rapidly gain a reputation as a firm based on integrity and quality, as well as to grow appreciably. The company reached a revenue level of close to $20 million and a complement of 200 employees by 2001, at which time it was acquired by Canada’s largest IT consulting firm.
For this large company, between 2001 and 2005, he was vice president responsible for a team of 700 employees, which generated annual revenues of $100 million.
Throughout his career, Mr. Larochelle has demonstrated his talent by surrounding himself with a solid and competent team. His exceptional leadership was highlighted through several personal and corporate awards, including Canada’s 50 Best Managed Private Companies.

Sandy
De Baene |

A leader in the IT field, Sandy De Baene’s career has been punctuated with success and growth. He has gained a wealth of experience with a variety of clients throughout the United States and Canada. He is armed with particular skills in new business development and marketing, including the development of strategic partnerships. He has demonstrated great leadership and commitment to corporate strategic development, and is determined to offer clients an optimal combination of services.
After spending 14 years with one of Quebec’s largest IT services companies, Mr. De Baene joined Larochelle Gratton in 1992, and thereafter was involved in consulting and management projects, including as director. He became vice president, Sales and Marketing, in 1995, and a partner in the company the same year. From 1998 to 2001, Mr. De Baene managed the Montreal office, which included 150 consultants and achieved revenues of more than $12 million.
Following the acquisition of Larochelle Gratton by Canada’s largest IT consulting firm, Mr. De Baene became vice president, Consulting Services, for the financial services division then, subsequently, vice president, Consulting Services, for the energy division of this large company.

Francine Marcoux |

She began her career in 1983 as a consultant for a financial planning and securities company. She rapidly took responsibility for its technology sector. In 1992, she joined Larochelle Gratton where, as project manager, she became involved with important clients in the banking and public services sectors. Her expertise in the financial field led her to take charge, on an interim basis, of IT services for a large bank’s pay services to companies.
In 2000, Mrs. Marcoux became vice president at Larochelle Gratton and took on the responsibilities of the Design and Development business line, which included the majority of consultants in the Montreal office, that being some
80 specialists. In 2001, following the acquisition of Larochelle Gratton by Canada’s largest IT consulting firm, she was charged with directing the operations of the financial services sector and, subsequently, the manufacturing sector.
Mrs. Marcoux is recognized by her colleagues and clients for her sense of organization, involvement and drive to succeed.

Sylvain Gagnon |

Sylvain Gagnon has worked in the information and communication technologies field since 1982. He is committed to finding pragmatic solutions to the information technology challenges that businesses face, taking into account the business context and specific culture of each organization. He assists upper management in large corporations by working together with managers through the strategic thinking process related to business and technological projects, as well as in the delivery of technological solutions.
Mr. Gagnon has big positions within several large, Montréal consulting services firms. As Executive Director, Business and Clients, with AGTI, he instituted a consulting group on technology comprised of some 20 specialists. Within a short time, the group achieved great success with its Center of Excellence for Information Security, developing a structured process to create information security master plans, proposing management consulting services and information technology optimization.
Mr. Gagnon joined LGC in early 2007 and leads the Management Consulting, Information Security, and Technology Consulting portfolios. In this position, together with our consultants, he is charged with guiding Larochelle Consulting Group’s future technological orientation and service offerings, supporting our growth and development strategies, and maintaining his consulting responsibilities with our clients.

Kiet Cuong |

Kiet Cuong participates in business opportunity evaluation, in the establishment of new partnerships with suppliers, and the development of strategic plans with clients in order to help them attain their business objectives.
Mr. Cuong has great skills for understanding clients’ business needs and quickly synthesizing an approach to deliver the appropriate solution. His strategic approach, combined with his IT experience, allows him to always deliver projects that meet industry standards and a client’s business needs. His dynamism, creativity and mastery of project management contribute to the success of the projects in which he participates.
Consulting has allowed him to develop multidisciplinary approaches in IT within companies of all sizes and many business sectors, notably in pharmaceuticals, insurance, telecommunications, energy, banking and manufacturing. In August 2001, Mr. Cuong held the post of director, Consulting, for the business intelligence division of a large consulting and outsourcing services company. Throughout his career, he has developed an expertise in data architecture and processing, business process analysis, quality control, strategic planning and project management.
In projects in which he has been involved, he has collaborated closely with clients at all levels of the company. He has successfully designed and implemented many data warehouses, as well as many system architectures for report and information distribution. He has developed an expertise in the delivery of solutions by phase and iteration, an approach that has proven successful many times.
